On September 8, 2023, Gladstone Investment Corporation (“Gladstone”) announced it partnered with Xyresic Capital ("Xyresic") to acquire The E3 Company, LLC (“TE3CO") from BlueWater Equity Partners (“BlueWater”)
- Gladstone invested $46.0 million through a combination of senior secured debt and equity to complete the transaction
- Headquartered in Kilgore, TX, TE3CO is a market leader in advanced pressure management solutions for oil and gas well completions
