Mr. Dement joined Stephens Capital Partners in 2019. He previously served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Clearwave Communications, a fiber-based internet service provider and Stephens Capital Partners portfolio company, which Stephens sold in January 2019. Prior to Clearwave, Mr. Dement served as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for Windstream Holdings, a Fortune 500 company and national provider of advanced network communications and technology solutions. He started his career in Stephens’ investment banking division, where during his decade-long tenure he worked on billions of dollars’ worth of transactions. He currently serves as a director of Amtech, Clearwave Fiber, Lender’s Title, Lit Communities, Nextlink, Point Broadband and QubicaAMF. Mr. Dement earned a BA in business administration and economics from Rhodes College.
