- On September 6, 2023, it was announced that Belden Inc. (“Belden”) acquired Germany-based CloudRail GmbH (“CloudRail”)
- CloudRail is a fully managed solution to acquire data from industrial environments, pre-process it locally and send it to any cloud via Plug & Play
- Going forward, CloudRail will become part of Belden’s Industrial Automation Solutions (IAS) Business and will allow Belden to provide complete networking infrastructure from the sensor up to the cloud
