- On September 6, 2023, it was announced that CAV Systems Group (“CAV”), a leading provider of in-flight ice protection and drag reduction technology to general aviation, commercial aerospace and defense markets worldwide, has been acquired by Loar Group Inc. (“Loar Group”).
- CAV was a portfolio company of Baird Capital.
