- On June 4, 2018, BioMerics, LLC (“BioMerics”) announced the completion of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of FutureMatrix Interventional, Inc. (“FMI”)
- FMI, located in Athens, TX specializes in the design and manufacture of interventional catheters for the cardiovascular and urology markets
- The acquisition expands BioMerics’ capabilities and important customer relationships. Combining FMI with BioMerics’ existing medical device business establishes BioMerics as a leader in the minimally invasive interventional segment of the medical device market
- Stephens Inc. served as exclusive financial advisor to FutureMatrix Interventional, Inc.
