On February 4, 2026, Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), announced the purchase of HABCO Industries, LLC (HABCO).
“This is a defining moment for HABCO. We’ve built the company on technical excellence, operational discipline, and long-term partnerships with our customers. Now, as part of the CIRI family of companies, we are well-positioned to accelerate growth while preserving the culture and customer focus that have defined HABCO for more than five decades,” HABCO President and CEO Brian Montanari said.
“Acquiring HABCO strengthens and diversifies CIRI’s portfolio. Through strategic growth we are bolstering the company’s long-term financial resilience, ensuring we can continue to fulfill our mission well into the future,” CIRI CEO Swami Iyer said.
