On September 1, 2026, WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (“WaterBridge”) acquired the Northern Delaware Basin Landfill (“NDB Landfill”) from Nest Sustainable Waste, LLC for $189 million.
- NDB Landfill is a 560-acre facility in Lea County, NM, and includes ~44 million cubic yards of permitted capacity. The acquisition immediately expands WaterBridge’s environmental waste management footprint into new markets across New Mexico.
