In September 2022, Sponte Resources, LLC (“Sponte”) and its working interest partner, PetroCap, sold an undivided working interest in some of Sponte’s Haynesville assets in Panola County, Texas.

In partnership with PetroCap, the Company’s working interest partner, Sponte and its affiliates own and operate multiple producing horizontal Haynesville wells, producing vertical Cotton Valley and Pettit wells, active saltwater disposal wells, and over 5,500 net acres of leasehold in Panola County, TX.
PetroCap
PetroCap is an energy private equity firm founded in 1992. Their focus is to invest as a working interest partner in conventional and unconventional upstream projects. They target onshore development projects that require $25 million to $75 million of net investment.
