- On June 20, 2017, Aclara Technologies LLC (“Aclara”), an affiliated portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, completed a $105 million fungible add-on to their existing $345 million Term Loan B due 2023
- Proceeds from the add-on will be used to fund a dividend
- Existing corporate and issue ratings were reaffirmed at B / B3
- Stephens Inc. served as joint lead arranger on the transaction
- In August 2016, Stephens Inc. acted as joint lead arranger on the initial private placement of Aclara’s $345 million Term Loan B due 2023
