On July 1, 2026, AllDale Minerals divested certain general partner and limited partner interests in AllDale Minerals III, LP and AllDale Minerals IV, LP (collectively, “AllDale III & IV”) to Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: ARLP) and related parties
AllDale III & IV hold ~48,500 net royalty acres across the Permian, Anadarko, Bakken and Haynesville Basins
Portfolio generated average gross production of ~5,940 Boepd in Q1 2026, consisting of 27% oil, 18% NGLs, and 55% natural gas
