- On April 17, 2024, Cashco Financial Inc. (“Cashco” or the “Company”), entered into a new $50 million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility.
- Proceeds from the new facility will be used to refinance the Company’s existing Senior Secured Credit Facility and Subordinated Debt and to support the continued growth of its portfolio.
- Stephens served as financial advisor to Cashco in the transaction.
