- On July 28, 2020, Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (the “Company”) (NYSE: FTAI) closed its $400 million private offering of 9.750% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027
- The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay the $220 million of outstanding borrowings (as of 6/30/20) under its Revolving Credit Facility and for general corporate purposes
- FTAI is externally managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC

The Company currently invests across four market sectors: aviation, energy, intermodal transport and rail. FTAI targets assets that, on a combined basis, generate strong and stable cash flows with the potential for earnings growth and asset appreciation. The Company is externally managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, which has a dedicated team of professionals who collectively have acquired over $17 billion in transportation-related assets since 2002. As of March 31, 2020, FTAI had total consolidated assets of $3.2 billion and total equity of $1.3 billion.
