- The proceeds of the offering will be used to make the cash payment to Carlile option holders, and as capital to support growth
- IBTX will rank as the 9th largest Texas-based bank by assets and 8th largest by total deposits with $8.0B in assets and $6.3B in deposits
- The transaction is accretive to all capital ratios for Independent Bank Group
