- On August 9, 2023, MML Infrastructure (“MML”) announced its investment in Premier Modular Limited (“Premier Modular”), a leading provider of leased and permanent modular solutions for essential infrastructure in the UK and Europe.
- Stephens acted as financial and debt advisor to MML.
- MML’s investment in Premier Modular represents their second Value-Added Infrastructure strategy investment.
- The strategy combines the extensive private equity value creation and sourcing expertise of MML’s established platform with the deep sectoral knowledge and experience of its dedicated infrastructure team.
- MML has committed alongside re-investment from Cabot Square Capital (“Cabot”) to support management to deliver the next phase of growth.
