(Nasdaq: VBTX) (“Veritex” or the “Company”), the parent holding company of Veritex Community Bank, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,947,369 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $38.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $150 million
  • The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 592,105 shares of Company common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount
  • The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes and to support its continued growth, including investments in Veritex Community Bank and future strategic acquisitions
